By confirming your order on this website, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions as contained here.
Purchases of products online
The products of IKARI are only available with a prior skin measurement (in a PRO Centre or with a self-test), which results in a skin code. The purchase of IKARI skincare is not allowed without a valid skin code. Only the official webshop of IKARI (www.ikariskinexperts.com) is allowed to sell the products online. All other forms of online sale are strictly prohibited, and in case of abuse IKARI Headquarters will take immediate action.
Delivery shall be made within a maximum of 12 days after receipt of payment, except under special circumstances. The delivery costs shall be notified to you at the time of placing your order. These costs shall be charged in addition to the cost of the products. All products are usually available from stock. It may however happen that a product is temporarily out of stock. In such case, we shall inform you accordingly, and deliver the product as soon as possible thereafter.
Change in the delivery address
The order shall be delivered to the delivery address that you entered. If after placing the order, it is found that you have entered a wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. However, we cannot guarantee that we can still change the delivery address for you after order confirmation. Furthermore, we are also not responsible for the delivery to any address other than the one you have entered.
Cancellation of delivery
Important: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are confirmed and processed by our system. We cannot guarantee that we will take cognisance of e-mails cancelling or modifying orders. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or change an order, and when doing so, keep your order number ready at hand.
Terms and conditions of Delivery
As mentioned earlier, delivery of the order shall be done at the most 12 days after payment is received, except in special circumstances. For the delivery of your products, we use the collection service of DHL for deliveries in Belgium and for deliveries in The Netherlands. You are required to sign for your package. We are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Delivery of the courier service whose services we use, once your package is handed over byus. You will be notified by email at the time of sending your package; the e-mail notification will contain a track & trace code of the relevant courier service.
Problems with your order
IKARI is keen to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services.
If this is not the case, please always contact us so that we can find an appropriate solution.
Missing or broken products.
Although we always try to ensure that your order is handled in the best possible manner, it may happen that a product from your order is missing or does not reach you in a good condition. In any of the above cases, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days. Please make sure that you always mention the order number in such cases. We shall send the product to you once again. We shall not take cognisance of notifications made after 7 days.
Our products are subjected to a quality inspection. If in your opinion, you have received a product that does not satisfy the quality requirements, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we receive a message about defective manufacturing, we shall replace the product for you free of cost. If we do not receive such a message, the product can be returned to us. We shall then send you a replacement product. The replacement product shall be sent after receipt of the returned product. We shall not reimburse shipping costs for the return of goods. We shall send the product to the laboratory for further investigation. If it is later found that the product failed to comply with the requirements, you shall also be reimbursed for the cost of sending the goods to us. We shall notify you concerning the same.
Payments shall be made on behalf of IKARI via MOLLIE protected payment services. They undertake to ensure the confidentiality of your data both during as well as after execution. They also fully guarantee that their employees and their Board of Directors shall maintain strict confidentiality.
Privacy and personal data
Your personal data, to be entered when IKARI products are ordered, are required in order to process your order and for the invoicing of the same.
Your data is not publicly accessible and shall also not be disclosed to third parties. Your information shall be treated as confidential. If you wish to change your personal information as included in IKARI’s customer database, please also send an email to email@example.com.
Text, photos and data on the website
IKARI takes great care with regard to the information on the website. Nevertheless, it shall not be possible to exclude the possibility of errors and omissions in the description, figures or images. IKARI cannot be held responsible for any defect in the contents of the site or in the products in our database.
The agreements between IKARI and the consumer, to which these General Terms and Conditions relate, shall be exclusively subject to the laws of Belgium.
